Mr. Hardardt’s background in mechanical engineering was developed at the New York Institute of Technology and in the property and construction management industry, in which he has exercised his talents for the past twenty-four years.
He has extensive experience in all aspects of construction management and corporate relocations. During his eight years at HRO International, he was directly responsible for the management and on-site supervision of base building construction, including all tenant installations, at 380 Madison Avenue, Broad Financial Center and 45 Broadway Atrium.
As a principal at Craven Corporation, he implemented the complete repositioning of over 3 million square feet of commercial office space. He has successfully managed corporate relocation projects for high profile clients such as Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, American Express, Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Morgan Stanley. Mr. Hardardt’s engineering and property management background provides a unique insight into the lease negotiation process as well as a long-term understanding of the operating and functionality of the completed project.
