Mr. Perlik has twenty three years of real estate development, design and construction experience across all real estate product types.  In 2004 Mr. Perlik formed Colgate Development LLC, a boutique real estate development company which offers a broad range of development and sales and marketing services to its clientele.  Colgate’s current projects are, fee developer for Hyatt Hotels developing their flagship “Andaz” hotel, a high design 4 ½ star hotel; fee developer for Bank of America on The Ritz Carlton Hotel, Charlotte NC; development advisor and partner for HEI Hospitality on the W Hotel and Residences, Hollywood CA; sales and marketing for Dubai Investment on The Residences at The Essex House; construction consultant on The Residences at the Ritz Carlton, Philadelphia.  Prior to joining Colgate Development LLC as a member, Mr. Perlik was Vice President of Design and Construction for Millennium Partners in New York City.  He was responsible for directing and managing all design aspects and construction activities for the company’s development portfolio.

Mr. Perlik joined Millennium Partners in 1995 to oversee the design and construction of the company’s third building in their mixed-use development on the Upper West Lincoln Center section of New York City.  Mr. Perlik was involved with the expansion of Millennium Partners’ mixed-use concept to projects in five additional U.S. cities.  In the years since, he has managed the design and construction of a number of prominent projects around the country, including six Ritz-Carlton Hotels and Residences, two Four Season Hotels and Residences, three Loews theatres, four Sports Club/LA fitness clubs, two Phillips club extended stay projects and various retail stores from Barnes and Nobles flagship store to the gap.

Mr. Perlik oversaw a staff of design professionals, project managers and support professionals who designed and managed Millennium’s $2 billion of real estate under development in New York, Boston, San Francisco, Miami and Washington, D.C.

Prior to joining Millennium Partners, Mr. Perlik was at Bovis Lend Lease in New York, working as a project manager building the first two Millennium mixed use projects in the Lincoln Square Development.  Mr. Perlik obtained his construction experience while at Bovis, working on the Millennium projects as well as two other residential high-rise buildings.

Mr. Perlik graduated from Syracuse University in 1987 and studied civil and structural engineering.
