Owner’s representative and project management service for developing a new live entertainment/corporate event venue in an existing movie theater beneath a 52-story building at 1515 Broadway, at 44th St., in the Times Square district of New York. The Project has a total floor area of approximately 42,800 SF. Two V.I.P. mezzanines are added to the space on either side of the main floor level, each of which are handicap accessible. Additional public toilet rooms are built as well as additional accommodations for handicap access.
