Arthur Kornberg has over 35 years experience in real estate development and construction management.
From 1972 to 2008, Mr. Kornberg worked at Kraus Builders Inc., Cauldwell-Wingate Co. Inc., NYC School Construction Authority, York Hunter Services Inc., Barney Skanska USA, J.A. Jones Construction Group and Out Source Consultants LTD, where he was responsible for program management of client consultants and value engineering, negotiations of subcontractor and vendor agreements, developing and implementing marketing strategies and initiatives, and owner representation during pre-construction and construction phases on residential and commercial projects.
Since 1990, Mr. Kornberg has served as a Director on the Apple Bank for Savings Board. In addition to serving on the Board, he presently serves on both the Operations and Technology and Audit Committees.
In 1975, Mr. Kornberg received a Master of Science in Civil Engineering at the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn, Brooklyn, NY.
In 1972, Mr. Kornberg received a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering at the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn, Brooklyn, NY.
