Mr. Mohamedi has more than twenty years of in-depth management and operational experience in the design, development, and construction industries. He has served in progressive positions as Project Architect, Development Manager, Construction Manager, Operations Manager, Chief Operating Officer and Sr.VP of eBusiness.

By leveraging his balanced technical and people’s skill set, he has been able to consistently deliver results in complex and challenging environments.

Mr. Mohamedi has been successful by following simple management methodology, including: planning; employing and retaining talent; continuous evaluation and refinement of business processes; leveraging proven systems and technology; and continuously measuring of results and adjusting plans.

From 1982 to 2006, Mr. Mohamedi worked at Tomasso Brothers Inc., Structuretone Inc., eBricks.com/Citadon, JA Jones Inc., Bovis Lend Lease, Inc., and Brewran Properties, where he was responsible for construction operations, supervising staff, project management, and securing financing, design, contracting and commissioning.

In 1981, Mr. Mohamedi received a Bachelor of Art in Architecture, at the University of Pennsylvania. In 1985, he received a Master of Science in Civil Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania. In 1987, Mr. Mohamedi earned a Master of Science in Business Administration and Financial Management at Brooklyn Polytechnic University. In 2003, he received a Master of Science in Information Technology, at the University of Maryland. In 2006, Mr. Mohamedi earned a Graduate Certificate of Financial Accounting at the University of Maryland.

Mr. Mohamedi is licensed as a Professional Engineer in the State of New York. He is also licensed as a Registered Architect in the State of New York and Connecticut.

Mr. Mohamedi is associated with the New York University Faculty's School of Real Estate.
